This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing the EDUIT Tablet ahead of its official release. By participating in this pre-sale, you are not only securing your access to this revolutionary product but also contributing to the its development. The funds raised from this pre-sale will be used to finalize the prototype, manufacture the hardware, and ensure the product delivered to you meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

It's important to read and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this document as they provide crucial information regarding your rights and responsibilities as a buyer, as well as our obligations as a seller. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the Product:

The product being sold is an AI Teaching Touch Tablet, designed to teach infants five languages through a method of imprinting and modeling. Additionally, it will provide basic math and science functionalities, which will be added in 2026.

2. Payment Terms:

The retail cost of the tablet is set at $1195, excluding taxes. The initial down payment is $195.95. Afterward, customers can choose to either pay $49.95 per month for 20 months or make three payments of $265.65. The first 1,000 customers will receive a lifetime waiver of the monthly subscription fee, which is usually $29.95.

3. Delivery of the Product:

The product will be shipped to customers, who are required to pay for shipping and handling. Customers can choose either first class or second class shipping. The product will be shipped by May 5th 2025 or earlier.

4. Refund Policy:

Customers can get a full refund of the down payment if they cancel within 30 days of signing up.

5. Warranty:

The AI Teaching Touch Tablet will come with a standard device warranty, similar to that provided with products like iPads or iPhones.

6. Failure to Deliver the Product:

If EDUIT is unable to deliver the AI Teaching Touch Tablet by the specified delivery date, customers will be eligible for a 70% credit of the total purchase price. This credit can be applied towards the purchase of any other EDUIT product or towards their subscription fees. It can also be used to purchase items from the accessories store. 

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, the parties agree to endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably by mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Both parties agree that any dispute or legal proceeding regarding the agreement will take place exclusively in the courts of Japan. By entering into this agreement, you are expressly consenting to this jurisdiction and waiving any other jurisdiction or venue to which you may be entitled by your domicile or otherwise.
